The approach used is qualitative research with a descriptive method, relying on data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the Head of Administrative Affairs plays a significant role in improving the performance of administrative staff through coaching, facilitation, and supervision. Coaching is conducted by providing training and fostering knowledge sharing among administrative staff, while facilities such as official training and regular supervision are also provided. Additionally, periodic supervision and evaluation help ensure that administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with established procedures. However, efforts to improve performance through formal education remain insufficient and require further attention from leadership. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research results found that this inclusive school has several programs that can improve the skills and talents of children with special needs, by making ginger powder, powdered galangal rice, salted eggs, and batik. as well as extracurricular activities that can improve the talents and skills of children with special needs. These projects are shared with the community to help students learn how to be productive. Inclusive education is an innovative and strategic education for children who have special needs. This program allows them to study simultaneously with other normal children to study together. Child-friendly schools are an initiative that not only makes children happy but also allows them to fulfill and develop their potential, with a learning model that prioritizes student activities. Child-friendly schools also provide an environment and facilities that enable students to learn in a fun and interesting way, so that the learning innovations implemented still include aspects of material selection, learning strategies, and assessments that respect children's rights. Therefore, this study aims to explore the characteristics of teacher professionalism that are relevant to the demands of the digital era. This study uses a literature study method using content analysis. This journal is the result of data collection through books, related journal articles, and from print media and other online media. The initial step involves collecting relevant articles from internet journals and other trusted sources and then analyzing them to find the relevance of the material. The results of this study indicate that teacher professionalism can be defined as the ability of teachers to manage an effective learning process, understand students' needs, and develop themselves continuously. The characteristics of professional teachers include teaching skills, the ability to understand students, and the ability to develop themselves. In the digital era, teachers need to have characteristics such as flexibility, creativity, and the ability to use technology to support the learning process. Teacher competencies in the digital era include the ability to use technology, the ability to develop digital teaching materials, and the ability to manage virtual classes. One of the media in this digital era is video infographics, which is a media that can present information in the form of interactive audiovisuals. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using video infographic learning media in improving students' understanding in the health information management study program. This study used a case control design involving 24 respondents in the treatment group who were given video infographic learning and 24 students in the control group who studied using conventional methods. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with pre-tests and post-tests, then analysis was carried out with statistical tests to measure the increase in understanding of the two groups of students. The results showed that the group using video infographic media experienced a higher average post-test score than the control group. The Mann Whitney-U statistical test showed a significant difference between the two groups with results (p &lt;0.05) which means that video infographics were proven to be effective in improving students' understanding. The use of video infographics has proven to be effective in improving learning outcomes in students in the health information management study program. Students who actively participate in the learning process improve their comprehension of the subject matter, become more motivated, and achieve higher learning outcomes—particularly in scientific courses. However, SDN 03 Bengkayang fifth graders had poor scientific learning results. This is due to the fact that educators often use the lecture style rather other learning alternatives like the Discovery Learning model. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how using the Discovery Learning paradigm might enhance scientific learning outcomes for students. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, which is conducted in two cycles, is used in this research. The goal is to gather data in a methodical manner and aid in understanding issues in the classroom. According to the findings, the average student score in cycle I was 64, and in cycle II, it rose to 84.97. Additionally, learning completeness improved from below the minimal completion threshold (KKM) to 93% in cycle II, where KKM was set at 75%. In its background, academic supervision has undergone a paradigm transformation from a traditional authoritarian model to a reflective and collaborative transformative model. This study uses literature study methods and reflective analysis to examine the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of the deep learning approach to academic supervision. The results of the study show that deep learning technology has great potential in transforming supervision practices into data-based, real-time, and personalized, through observation automation, teacher performance analysis, and student engagement evaluation. However, there are significant challenges such as limited infrastructure, human resource readiness, and ethical and data privacy issues. The foundation of this research is rooted in the low student engagement and poor performance in Indonesian language classes, which have not achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC). This problem arises from repetitive teaching techniques and the absence of stimulating, interactive resources in education. The research utilized a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology carried out in two phases. Every cycle included stages of planning, executing, observing, and reflecting. The study participants were fifth graders at a public elementary school. Data were gathered utilizing observations of student learning activities, questionnaires on learning interest, and tests of academic achievement. The findings revealed that incorporating animated videos greatly heightened students' interest, as demonstrated by their lively involvement, excitement, and engagement throughout the lessons. Furthermore, students' academic results enhanced in every cycle. Curriculum modification is a strategy used to accommodate the needs and abilities of regular students. Therefore, this article aims to describe how curriculum modifications are implemented to accommodate inclusive education at Al-Firdaus Elementary School, describe the evaluation and challenges experienced in implementing curriculum modifications in inclusive education at Al-Firdaus Elementary School. This article was written using qualitative methods by analyzing phenomena experienced by research subjects descriptively using words to describe actual conditions. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that implementing curriculum modifications at Al-Firdaus Elementary School is a crucial step in supporting inclusive education. The curriculum, which has been modified since 2006, has accommodated the needs and abilities of each student, with a modification process involving identification, assessment and adjustment. Even though it has become an important part of inclusive education management, challenges such as lack of parental support and insufficient understanding from some teachers remain. Fasilitas pembelajaran yang mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan aplikasi serta menunjang terciptanya suasana joyful learning salahsatu nya adalah dengan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. “FC Sirkus” (Flashcard Simple Interaktif pada Regresi dan Korelasi untuk Siswa) dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang terciptanya suasana joyful learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media “FC Sirkus” dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media “FC Sirkus” yang menunjang joyful learning untuk siswa SMA yang layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif). Pengembangan media diujicobakan terbatas pada 30 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Kota Malang, pada bulan Maret – Juli 2025. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi, pengamatan keterlaksanaan, tes, dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis hasil validasi, kepraktisan dan efektifitas media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil validasi “FC Sirkus” terlihat dari rata-rata = 94,45% yang dinyatakan sangat layak. Kepraktisan media berdasarkan hasil keterlaksanaan aktivitas siswa terbatas, rata-rata nya = 87%, sedangkan pada kelompok luas rata-rata nya = 92% dinyatakan sangat baik. Selain itu pada keefektifannya, hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman melalui nilai rata-rata pretest dan postest yang meningkat dengan gain score 0,83 sehingga media dinyatakan efektif.
