Abstract

This study analyzed the biological development of students at SDN Ciwaktu and the health implications that emerged. Using qualitative methodology, information was collected through interviews, observations, and document review. The findings showed a variation in height between male and female students, as well as a diet dominated by fast food with low intake of fruits and vegetables. The physical activity levels of students were also low, with much time spent in sedentary activities. The results suggest that an unbalanced diet and lack of exercise have a negative impact on children's health. This study suggests strategies to improve understanding of the importance of nutritious eating habits and exercise. By taking appropriate action, it is hoped that students can reach their full potential and reduce the likelihood of health problems later in life.
